Leaving from the nearby suburb of Sèvres early afternoon, the cyclists of the Tour de France will be taking a very odd route to get to Paris in around 45 minutes before doing ten laps of the Champs-Élysées and place de la Concorde so that everyone get can a good look.

Although Sèvres touches the city limits, this final stage of the race is 110km long, and although the winner is generally already evident by this time, it’s always impressive to watch.
carteIf you want to be able to see what’s going on, be sure to get to the Champs-Élysées as early as possible.

And don’t forget that before seeing any bicycles at all, you’ll be bombarded with two hours of the sponsors’ lorries going past, making sure you associate their name with fitness and sporting endeavour 🙁
