Currently being renovated, with a launch planned for autumn 2025, Hotel Salvia is a homage to the historic Latin Quarter, birthplace of culture, literature and learning.

Right in the centre of the Left Bank of Paris, the Salvia is a homage to the historic Latin Quarter, birthplace of culture, literature and learning. Here, the paved streets resonate with the stories of literary Paris, where writers, thinkers and students have found refuge for centuries.

The Salvia carries the Latin name for sage, a plant well known for its medicinal properties. A stymbol of wisdom, healing and longevity, sage perfectly embodies the philosophy of the hotel: to provide replenishing hospitality, promote self-wellness, nourish the mind and cultivate creativity.

99 ROOMS, 1 RESTAURANT

This promise is being brought to fruition by architects Artefak through chic, convivial and quintessentially Parisian interior design, with rooms sporting bright, contrasting colours and motifs. The restaurant Salvia Cantinia and its extensive wine list will cater to those passionate about books, culture and fine wine, with both great novels and the finest of ingredients, with simple, fresh produce.

Feel free to relax with a coffee and an interesting book carefully selected from the ‘bouquinistes’ found along the banks of the Seine. Local artists will hold regular exhibitions, the hotel’s neighbours will come by to chat with their friends and enjoy our selection of books, while enjoying the curated playlist and a cocktail…

WELLNESS

La chambre des Sa(u)ges, the hotel’s wellness space, will redefine self-care with tailor-made beauty treatments. Depending on the programme, you could consult the resident therapist or a medicinal plant expert, with special quick treatments available for on-the-go Parisians in a rush.

A place of rest and reflection, people will comme to the Salvia not only to recharge their batteries, but also to be inspired, stimulated, and – above all – to share.

TIME FOR A CHANGE

The complete transformation of the former Hôtel des 3 Collèges into a four-star hotel is in full swing, with an inauguration scheduled for this summer. We asked photographer Maxime Moreno to capture a few details of the rooms, some of which have revealed details from the previous renovation years ago!
