I started studying to be an personal accountant, but during this time I also worked weekends, evenings and during the school holidays. I’ve always loved discovering new things, and really enjoy learning.

When I was small there wer many jobs I wanted to do. I think that a person can easily get bored by repeating the same thing, especially in their work. However, being a receptionist at the hotel is absolutely perfect for me – there’s great variety in what I do, and always something new to learn!

Here are a few places that Jeanne has chosen as her Parisian favourites nearby – a bridge over the Seine dating from 1515, Sainte-Chapelle (that everyone should see at least once in their life!) and the street where pilgrims used to (and still do) start their walk along the Camino de Santiago (the Way of St. James).
