You’ll probably see Hanaé at the reception desk at the Hotel Saint-André des Arts, our deliciously funky four-star establishment just ten minutes away from Notre-Dame and the Louvre!

She explains how she came to work at the hotel, and reveals some of her favourite places nearby.

I studies for a BAC STHR (Sciences Technique de l’hôtellerie restauration), followed by a BTS MHR (Management for hotels / restaurants) option C (management of an accommodation unit) mixing studies and work experience.

What I love in my work is contact with the guests, making them happy and completely satisfied with their stay, as well as passing on my savoir-faire to new recruits at reception.

I also like to be given tasks with responsibility.
