The 2023 autumn-winter menu at the Clos Belle Juliette

The menu of the Hotel & Spa la Belle Juliette‘s restaurant – the Clos Belle Juliette – is regularly changed depending on the season, with the help of renowned chef François Gagnaire of restaurant anicia.

For the end of 2023, he has concocted a selection of dishes with very carefully selected ingredients, fixed price menus for all tastes, a kid’s menu and some spectacular cakes for dessert!

To start, you might like to taste a warm goat’s cheese salad with honey, a marinated beef carpaccio or some foie gras…

Among the main dishes, you’ll find a roasted filet of sea bass, lightly grilled octopus, farm-rasied chicken supreme, grilled French beef…

And desserts include delicious honey-infused madeleine cakes, crème brûlée with sticks of vanilla and some really nice cakes that change every day.

And of course Thomas who manages the Clos will be very happy to suggest a wine pairing depending on your choice (or perhaps you’d prefer one of our exclusive cocktails or a glass of champagne?)
