A little searching reveals that it is one of many from a superb fashion shoot for QCEG Magazine at la Belle Juliette, with dresses designed by Georges Makaroun. Actress Xin Wang is featured heavily, together with model Biaga Clara.

Art direction and styling were handled by Suna Moya, photography and post-production are the work of Nahoko Spiess, assisted by Nathan Bourdon, make-up and hair is by Patrick & Marcel, and the short film you can watch below is by Maissane Fritz.
