Amin Griouer, night manager at the Hotel des Grands Hommes tells us how he came to work at the hotel, and gives us his favourite addresses nearby!

After eight years of working in traditional and gastronomic restaurants in Paris, London and Bordeaux, I started my career as a receptionist in 2010.

Working in the hotel trade, and this hotel in particular, is a cultural voyage every day thanks to the guests you meet (regardless of whether they have come to stay for business or pleasure).

It’s also a pleasure to be able to witness some of the most special moments in the lives of our guests, like those getting married at the town hall of the 5th arrondissement, or proposing to their partner, and families visiting Paris for the first time with wonderment in their eyes.
