This weekend is the big event for all fans of cosplay, film merchandising, comics, TV stars… 75.000 fans of pop culture will be invading Porte de Versailles (super close to our hotels) for the Paris Manga & Sci-Fi Show, a kind of wild cabinet of curiosities spread over 27,000m²!

If you like science fiction, mangas, cult TV series, comic books (graphic novels?), martial arts, videogames or cosplay, you are going to love the Paris Manga & Sci-Fi Show.

Held twice-yealry for over 25 years now, the show has become increasingly successful over the years, and there’s an awful lot on the programme.

For example, you can meet stars of some cult TV series – three actors from Buffy, and others from Gotham and Teen Wolf – there are five guests from the world of comics, experts in Japanimation – Yoshihiko Umakoshi of My Hero Academia and Shuhei Morita of Tokyo Ghoul – five French Youtubers…

There’s also a Just Dance stage, French voice actors to meet, an exhibition about cars from cult TV series, Haidong Gumbdo workshops (a Korean sabre martial art), and a chance to meet wrestler and “living legend” Kevin Nash (who’ll be 60 this year!)…

And of course, there will be dozens of stands where you can buy limited edition figurines, rare imports and all sorts of weird and wonderful merchandise. Enjoy!

Admission: from 14.50€ – 100€ (for the VIP Premium ticket)

Online pre-sale tickets allow you access to the halls an hour earlier than the general public, and the VIP ticket get you in two hours early (i.e. starting at 8.30am!)
