The theme for Christma 2018 at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann is ‘The Dream Factory‘.

After their giant Xmas tree that we showed you last week, now it’s time to discover the department store’s traditional animated window displays!

Christmas is a very important time of year for Paris’ department stores. In the six-week run-up to Christmas day, they do 25% of their annula turnover, and are ready to do anything to convince you to spend your money with them and not one of their rivals!

The animated window displays are one way of attracting families to the store, and this year they were inaugurated by the American actress Jessica Chastain.
