A giant ice rink disco at the Grand Palais
14th December 2016 – 2nd January 2017

Time for the third edition of le Grand Palais des Glaces, with its gigantic indoor ice rink measuring 30m x 90m (2,700m²!) and admission prices that will blow your skates off – as much as 27 euros per person!

Here’s all the info.

Skating in the main space of the Grand Palais is an unforgettable experience around Xmas time. Perhaps that explains why the entrance prices are through the roof? A ticket during the day will cost you 15-20 euros, but if you want to go in the evening, get ready to shell out 27€ per person.

This year, in addition to snack bars, the event is offering a virtual experience called the Samsung Life Changer Park, which we saw in Paris this summer (although it was free back then). You’ll be able to try out ski jumps, a rollercoaster, surfing and even pet a dinosaur… in virtual reality.

The Grand Palais des Glaces is at the Grand Palais (here) from 14th December 2016 – 2nd January 2017

Opening hours: different every day. You can consult them here

Admission: 15€ / 12€ in the morning – 20€ / 12€ in the afternoon / 27€ in the evening. Are you under three years old? If so, it’s free (but not in the evening ?)
