Organised by the Comité Quartier Latin, the Quartier du Livre festival is all about books, writers, bookshops, publishers… so it’s only logical that it be based in the area around our hotels, one of the most literary in Paris.

And as Hôtel des Grands Hommes was once home to André Breton, we were only too happy to be part of the festival ourselves!

The mayor of our arrondissement, Florence Berthout, attended the prize-giving ceremony for the best historical book, which we hosted this week. The festival continues with workshops, meet ‘n’ greets, readings, street fairs and more. The full programme (in French) can be consulted at the bottom of this page.
