Even when there’s no snow in Paris, there’s snow in Paris! Charléty sur neige is an annula event that fills one of our sports stadiums with real snow and provides loads of free activities for kids… for free!

Here are all the details.

So you’re in Paris, and it’s cold, but not cold cold, and the kids want a snowball fight or to do a bit of skiing, and there isn’t even a hint of snow around. What do you do? Well Charléty sur neige has the answer. A whole stadium with on-demand real snow and tons of activities for 3-16 year-olds… and everything is free!

They can try their hand a rope slides, sledging, wall-climbing, trampolining, ice skating and even, er, play video games on the Wii. Oh, and apparently there are Xmas trees dotted all around the place. How festive!

For zero euros, what’s not to like?

This year the whole event lasts an extra day, but there are sure to be crowds, so try and arrive as early as possible, and make sure you’re dressed for snowy weather!
