Le Salon du Chocolat at the Porte de Versailles, Paris, 19th-22nd October 2007

One of the more popular trade fairs open to the public!

If you are a chocoholic (like me), then this is for you; a whole trade fair just about chocolate. 14,000 m2, 130 chocolate manufacturers from all over the world, chocolate fashion shows, the history of chocolate, the manufacturing of chocolate, fair trade chocolate, cooking and chocolate, kids and chocolate, conferences on chocolate and health, the aromas of chocolate, wine and chocolate, vanilla and chocolate, tea and chocolate, Mexico and chocolate, saké and chocolate… I think you get the picture.

The event finishes with the chocolate awards! I’m rooting for Britney (award for “excessive consumption of…”).
