Our bees are now on winter break

The date has finally been fixed : at 10.30am on Thursday 13th September we'll be donning our protective costume and seeing how hard our bees have worked this year!

For those of you that were worried about our bees, after what was said by this
month's photographer Guillaume Pallat, we'd just like to assure you that they
are very busy, despite an usually wet summer, and are producing plenty of honey
that we'll be harvesting in September!
