Probably the biggest show of its kind in France, over 500 exhibitors will be present to advise you on all things eco. You'll be able to taste organic food, and organic wine (!), meet the people who produce organic fruit and vegetables, get organic beauty tips, find out how to improve your home whilst making it more eco-friendly (alternative energy sources, non toxic products, etc.), find out about eco-tourism, plus loads of information about ethical commerce.

The Hôtels Paris Rive Gauche group is very interested in trying to be more eco-friendly, and we'd also like to expand the use of organic food for breakfast. For example, the Hôtel Jardin de l'Odéon already serves organic pastries in the morning. It's a small step in the right direction, and hopefully we'll be expanding the program soon.
