After memorable exhibitions in Paris for Monumenta at the Grand Palais and especially at the Château de Versailles (where some of his installations were vandalised) Anish Kapoor is back with Another (M)other at the Kamel Mennour Gallery, which – handily – is very close to our hotels!

The exhibition fills both of Mennour’s Parisian gallery spaces (don’t worry – they’re pretty close to each other) and visitors will find the usual media, forms and colours that Kapoor has made his name with, all beautifully presented against bright white walls.

Blood red features heavily, as always, in the sculptures and paintings, and there’s a familiar organic side to many pieces, including some which evoke, at a stretch, certain intimate body parts. You have been warned. ?
