An ice rink on the Eiffel Tower until 31st January 2016

This year (for the first time in a long time) there won’t be an open-air ice rink in front of Hôtel de Ville, and even though Trocadéro on Ice and the Jardin d’Acclimatation have one, it’s on the Eiffel Tower that the best experience is to be had, with a 190m² ice rink perched on the first floor, 57 metres up!

And of course, luckily for our guests, the Eiffel Tower is on the Left Bank not far from our hotels 🙂

Here’s all the info.

You will probably never forget ice skating on the first floor of the Eiffel Tower, so make your Christmas in Paris even more special and show everyone your skating skills! Or your falling over skills (in our case).

This year, with the COP21 being held in town, the rink has an eco theme with recycled wooden furniture and three wooden bikes to one side where you can pedal and make the lighting glow brighter!

And there’s more good news – access to the skating rink is free with your ticket to the Eiffel Tower. You don’t even have to pay for the skates (don’t bring your own – they’re not allowed).

Just remember to have gloves on OK? (they are compulsory while skating).

The ice skating rink on the Eiffel Tower (here) is open every day from 10.30am-10.30pm util 31st January 2016

Entrance free with you ticket for the Tower
