We like to see art being cultivated and encouraged.

We’ve chosen to concentrate on one type of visual art, an ephemeral art captured literally in a flash by a photographer’s sensibility.

Though our "The Hôtels Paris Rive Gauche group loves photography" project, we have chosen to explore contemporary photography by using the hotels as a setting.

In this way, the Hôtels Paris Rive Gauche group demonstrates its wish to sponsor a cultural project through modern photography.

The concept of the project is simple: each month, a photographer chooses just one photograph and a small piece of text, both inspired by a night spent at one of our hotels.

The photo and text are displayed on our site, together with a mini portfolio of the photographer’s work: Photo gallery.

In this way we hope to help new talents emerge and prosper. We also follow their development in the "Hôtels Paris Rive Gauche group loves photography" section of our Paris Newsblog.
